在订舱前，需要提前10工作日将以下4份文件传真到我司:
1、 海运托书；
2、 危险品包装使用鉴定结果单；
3、 包装危险货物技术说明书；
4、 Material Safety Data Sheet（MSDS）
注1：托书上注明中英文品名、化学分子式、箱型、危险品级别（CLASS NO.）、联合国危险品编码( UN NO.)、货物包装、以及特殊要求，以方便申请舱位和危险品申报；
注2：非危险品：化工研究院做（货物运输条件鉴定书），确定为非危险品。 2、危险品：化工研究院做货物运输条件鉴定书；
注3：如果涉及到转运，需要向船公司确认中转港是否有限制； |
